Our drapery vision was quickly revealed in the showroom and for a very reasonable price compared to a local competitor that was $1000s more. The installation was professional and friendly and the drapes look fantastic.

We got a great deal and they came and measured for the install. We are very happy with the product but had a small defect with one of the blinds pulley cords. Sheila’s will happily repair it! I would recommend this company.

The blinds have totally changed the look of the rooms in a positive way and the solution of a shutter for the door works well and fits in well with the blinds. We would recommend Sheila’s to others.

The process for picking blinds, setting up an app’t for installation and the installation itself was a pleasure. Lauren, Sheila and Amanda were all fabulous to deal with. You can really tell the strength, integrity and caring of a company when the client makes a mistake! I booked an app’t to install the blinds and unfortunately the window wasn’t quite ready to have measurements of the blinds. Fortunately for me the staff at Sheila’s window blinds were very understanding (after showing up at my house and being sent away!). They were very gracious and kind in rebooking the app’t without me feeling bad. Thanks for the exceptional service, kindness and quality.

We came in to Sheila’s Toppers to look for ideas on blinds for our basement. We were extremely pleased to find that not only were the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but that they were also able to help us with re upholtstering of furniture that we have had for years and wanted to change the design of the fabric. I wanted to replace the metal blinds in my home that were 13 years old. I had heard about Sheila’s Window Topper’s through a radio ad. I visited the showroom and spoke with Amanda. She was very helpful and showed me the different types of Hunter Douglas blinds. She took the time to explain the differences in each line and made recommendations. We made arrangements for an in home consult. Amanda measured all of the windows and made suggestions as to what she thought would work best in each location. I made my decision on fabric and colour and placed the order. When the blinds were ready to be installed Amanda came along with Larry to help with the installation. There was a problem with the cord mechanism on the kitchen blind, Larry was able to resolve the problem. I had a total of 3 quotes done for the blinds and I found that Sheila’s provided the best customer service. Sheila and Amanda were both very helpful and very knowledgeable.
