Whole house - shutters installed I looked up draperies etc on the internet as I was moving into a new home. I wanted my windows covered when I moved in as I had no neighbours around and wanted my privacy. I called Sheila's Window Toppers & more and the rest is history. She had shutters on sale. I called made an appointment and wow! Husband and wife team. Wonderful to work with and no pressure. They made you feel good about just everything from start to finish. Blind install We got a great deal and they came and measured for the install. We are very happy with the product but had a small defect with one of the blinds pulley cords. Sheila's will happily repair it! I would recommend this company.
